I understand the rtf should be editted using computer braille, but shouldnt
the BrailleNote open the file in yor preferred grade? Not sure why it is
reverting bak when my preferred grade is grade 2. Anyway to fix this?

Hi,
An rtf file requires use of computer braille for input. A workaround would
be saving this rtf as braille file, edit it then saving this file as rtf
file. Cheers, Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Editing Question

Hello,

I am using a BrailleNote 32 running 7.5 Build 31. I am attempting to edit a
document in an RTF format. It opens the file fine, but when I exit and
return, the document will not convert to grade 2 although my preferred
greading grade is grade 2. Is there something else I should check?

Thank You,
Sharon
