Clear some files off the disk. How much free space do you have now? To find out, go to keyword and select "open a document". Once at the "folder name" prompt, press backspace, then space down through the list of drives that will appear until you reach "flash disk". Press space-i to find out how much space is free. If clearing off more space on the disk does not help, try a 4-5-6 reset (if you have an Apex, I think it is just pressing the reset button for five seconds).
