Hi Alex
Great information!
Have deleted many files, where would have they come from?
Best

Not as much since you have so much more room on the apex's flash
disk.
However, it can never hurt, and is relatively easy to do.
1. Go to main menu > file manager > directory, and select the
flash disk.
2. Go down to the keymail folder, but do not press enter.
Instead,
press space-5-6. You will see "list of folders on flash disk".
This is
not accurate, as you are actually now in a list of all the
folders
stored inside the keymail folder.
3. Press space until you land on "attachments", then press enter
twice
to get to "list of all files in attachments folder".
4. Press space-x until you see "list of all, including hidden,
files...". Move through the list, finding and marking all the
files to
be deleted, then press space-1-4 once you have selected all the
files
you want to erase. You could also erase each file as you come to
it,
but that is a lot more prompting.

Hi Everyone
I am using an apex. I recall that on the bn keysoft 8 you
should
delete the attachments "clean them out" of the keymail system.
Is this still necessary when using my Apex with 9.2?
If so can someone let me know how to do this?
Take care.
