Hi all using the Apex,
I have reached the conclusion that I really want to have a spare battery for
my Apex, ready charged to go whenever I'm wanting it, as I'm so frequently
having to charge my machine with quite heavy use.
I've spoken to Humanware and understand there is not a charger available at
this time and it was implied that I may damage the battery if I use an
external charger. I have already asked the person at Humanware to forward
my request that they look into selling (or giving details of) a charger
suitable, since there's no real point in having a spare battery if you can't
charge it up outside the unit.
If anyone agrees with this, please could you also let Humanware know so that
we can escalate this one, hopefully to near the top of the list. After all,
they only have to source a suitable charger, and that should not have to
wait until the next upgrade, or whatever.
