Try deleting Manual folder on Flash Disk, then reset the unit. If that doesn't help, try doing Hard Reset (Reset with DOTS 4-5-6/JKL), which will restore the original user guide files. It appears that the User Guide is missing. Whenever I do O chord followed by U, the BN says cannot find the table of contents. The BN freezes every time.
