Hi:
Check to see if there are voice memo's and delete them. The flash disk is
to full.

Hi,
I believe some people here had similar problems. Try deleting Manual folder
on Flash Disk, then reset the unit. If that doesn't help, try doing Hard
Reset (Reset with DOTS 4-5-6/JKL), which will restore the original user
guide files.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] user manual

Hello everyone,
At school we have a BrailleNote mPower, which is currently running Keysoft
7.5 build 29. It appears that the User Guide is missing. Whenever I do O
chord followed by U, the BN says cannot find the table of contents. The BN
freezes every time.
What has happened, and how can I retrieve the User Guide?
Thank you in advance for any ideas.
Donna
