Hi all, I have a couple of Bookshare books that I downloaded recently, and when I attempt to unpack them on my apex, I get the usual prompts, including the password prompt. After entering my Bookshare password, it says:
"unable to unpack bookshare file. Error code 9." What does this error code mean, and is there a listing of these codes anywhere on Bookshare or Humanware's web site? I'm just curious. By the way, these files are zip files, not bks, and they contain formatted Braille files. Thanks.
