Joseph, Thank you so much! It's fixed. I went into options
braille options from the options menu, and went to Text and then
pressed p.

I see. Try going to Options Menu/Braille Options and see if
"text reading
grade" is set to prefered braille grade or not. If not, open
your email then
press the right thumb-keys (NEXT and ADVANCE).

Hi everyone, Can someone please tell me the set of instructions
for getting my emails read in grade 2 braille this braille that
I'm reading at the moment is uncontracted and it's driving me
crazy! I can't get access to the manual at the moment either
because it says "Cannot find table of contents". I have an
mpower. Thanks! I o there's a simple thing you can do to restore
grade 2 braille to the emails. Strangely, all my documents and
books in keysoft are normal grade 2 contracted braille. I would
appreciate any help!!!!
