It will upload. For example, you could use a web-based email service
and attach a document to a new email successfully. I know it supports
the basic php upload scheme, but it will not do ftp uploads as far as
I know.
If you want to move files, though, why not just use a thumb drive?
That would be supported on any operating system, and you would be
copying files no matter what, whether to a drive or a website, so it
is really no more time. Besides, using a thumb drive would let you
mark multiple files to move or copy.
