When you go to ebuddy, click on facebook. Then, log in. Then, give it your information. Then click log in. It will then say ebuddy please wate logging you in. That shouldn't take anymore then a minute. After that is done, then click on a person and start chatting. If for some reasen your braillenote is not doing that then a, it is your braillenote or be,it is something you are doing. hope this helps.
