Nothing. The apex is set to charge to 100%, then stop. If it is plugged in when the battery is above 90%, though, it will not charge (this is supposed to make the battery last longer in the long run). I think it sometimes gets confused and stops charging above 90%. Either way, the behavior you found is normal.
