Yes, I have found that the battery will charge up to the full
100% if it gets below 90% and you plug it in.

Hi listers, regarding the battery announcement indicator, I have
found that to get your Apex to announce 100 percent, you have to
let it drop to less than 50 percent. It will charge back up to
100 percent, but if you are using it while it's charging it will
take longer. My unit was down to around 37 percent earlier
today. I plugged it in and used it to some extent while it was
charging, then left it off until I just checked it and found it
indicating 100 percent. Jim
