Hi,
Did you use the RFB&D download manager first? If not the files are zipped and will not be able to bbe played.

If you already have the RFB&D download manager, then ignore this paragraph. All you do if you don't have the download manager is go to your my downloads page and click on the link that's there to download the software. Then all you do is install that and let it download your book. I think it'll unzip your book automatically because the program opens after you install it.

If you already have the download manager, keep in mind that when you download books, click open instead of save. Open will automatically activate the RFB&D download manager and unzip your book.

Hope this helps

Danielle

Subject: [Braillenote] rfb and D books

Several questions about these books, we have downloaded the book
onto the computer at school, but we can't play it for some
reason. We also coppied the book to a flash drive, but when I
loaded it into the BN, it said the system wasn't able to play the
book. Any advice?
