1. Pasting into a form does not work well. Even if it were to post something, you would only see the first line of the text appear (or the first few words). This is a long-standing issue and just one of several you will likely run into.
2. Once a web address is on your clipboard, open keyweb. At the "address?" prompt, hit backspace-v (think of v as paste since it is also the paste key in Windows on a regular pc). BTW, this works in any place where text is expected, but the usual block commands menu will not work, such as when adding an address or filling out all the preliminary fields to an email. To copy to the clipboard in places where the block commands menu will not work, use backspace-k.
