is forced to buy an Apex and no one is forced to stick with products from
HumanWare. Before the Apex came out, I switched to the competition, HIMS/GW
Micro. I don't like the way HumanWare has changed since they moved to
Canada. Customer service has gone down and they don't value quality anymore.
