Just tested your situation. This is synthesizer related thing.
Try using KeyNote Gold instead.

Hi all, when I set "Number Format" as "digits", Keyplan pronounce
the date
strangely. E.g., instead of saying "October one zero", it
pronounces as
"October first zero". "October 20, pronounced as "October 2nd
zero.
Any work around for this behavior? I am starting to regret
purchasing this
stupid expensive tool.
