That's the most well-known "flaws" (I'd say a bug) on the mPower.
Whenever the keysoft system disk is running low on storage, it
gives that error. Not on the Apex anymore...

Thanks for the help. I guess the hard reset was what the
BrailleNote needed. i knew the file was okay because I had been
able to open it before I encountered the problem, so I didn't
have to download the book again.
