Oh, gee, sorry to hear about your computer problems.  Those are certainly no 
fun, as I have had similar things happen to me from time to time.

But, anyway, I do that copying all the time now—well, guess I should say that I 
did it all the time when I had more than one BN unit.  In fact, I just plain 
gave up on KeySync two or three years ago and just copied the databases from 
unit to unit.  I would normally copy over everything in the keyplan and keymail 
and keylist and my favorites folders, and then I would go back and adjust 
whatever modem connections I needed to for the web and internet.
