Not directly. As usual, you can have the student create a gMail
account, email the files to that account, then go to gmail.com on the
bn and open the email's attachments. Google will translate the
powerpoint into html which will be shown on the bn, at least it
should. Similarly, you can open the files on a pc, in a program like
Microsoft Powerpoint (part of Microsoft Office) and save them as a
readable format, such as html.
