Someone will know how to guide me on this, but for now, the
Manual has me baffled. My question is how to copy my email
"address List" for safe keeping over onto my PC Card. My only
Address List version is my working version, which contains 430
names, and all their email addresses, phone numbers, and other
info.
Here's my Question: Pressing dot-1 (A) from the Main Menu takes
me to the Address List Menu. Then, there are some six options,
one of which is Copy Addresses. Clicking enter on this leaves
the user with two, only two, templates, a phone template saving
only each person's name and phone; or the choice of an address
template saving everyone's address. Phone only? Snail-mail
Address only? I've tried both with neither capturing, saving,
all info including email addresses and "Notes." Where oh where
is the template for all fields?
There must be a way to copy, and re-name" a template like the
existing Address Book Template that currently resides under the
quote-unquote "Keylist" folder and or Keylist directory. I know
I'm in need of a template. And then, am I supposed to copy to a
document, or rather perhaps to an Address File? Please help.
