Hi,
Thanks Alex and Joseph. In the user guide, it still says not to charge the battery, or rather, it is recommended that the battery is charged between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Battery temperature on Apex

Hi,
Alex is correct. The deprecated (removed) Support Information Mode items are: A (battery gauge accuracy), B (last battery discharge), C (current battery capacity), D (last measured battery capacity at 100%), E (Battery discharge voltage), F, G (recalibration log via Flash (F) and Keysoft system disk (G)), I, J (current battery current), K (recalibration via forming charge), L (last recalibration info), M (battery isolation), R (regular recalibration), T (battery temperature), V (battery voltage), w (deep discharge), Y (continuous cycle) and Z (partial charge/discharge test). As
for the other ones:
* The Deep Sleep Mode (H) is now accessed through Utilities/Miscellaneous
Options.
* S is now used for formatting an SD card.
* Power status (P) is available from Options Menu.
In addition, new commands were introduced as well. For a full list of new functions (including techie ones), I'd wish to compile them into a new
article (not now).
In short, everything that has to do with battery status is gone i.e. no more
calibration is necessary.
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. I knew this (battery changes) might confuse people

No, this and most other support information mode functions have either
been disabled or are no longer available on the Apex hardware.

Hi,
Is there a way to check the temperature of the battery on the
Apex?
That option doesn't work in support information mode.
Thanks.
