The bt command is space-x. Also, I do not think you need to type the
.brf part; typing john should do it, provided you do not have john in
multiple formats in the same folder. I, too, recommend a folder for
each testament. I put the books in order by naming them starting with
01 mathew, 02 mark, 03 luke, and so on, but that makes it harder to
type in the filename, so it is up to you how you want to sort things.
