One more hint: when at the "file to open" prompt, hit space-5-6 to move through a list of files you have recently opened. Note that you must keep hitting space-5-6; this keystroke does not put you in a list of recent files that can be navigated normally, but rather into a sort of database list that must be navigated with space-5-6 and space-2-3.
