The Pronto, made by a German company called Baum, is the size of a PK (in fact, the previous generation of the Pronto is used as the shell for the PK). It has wifi, bluetooth, usb, and so on, but the software running on it is inferior to Keysoft in several ways, including wordprocessing (you cannot open Word files or many other files). It also costs more than the PK, but it is available in America from a company whose name I cannot remember. You can download the user guide online if you are interested in learning more. As far as how it compares to the Apex, the Apex wins, hands down. The only thing the Pronto has going for it is its size (oh, and it can view pdf files).
