hi,

few things we need from you:
* What is the email account you are using i.e. Gmail?
* Does your answer to email setup questions match settings required to use
that account, such as pop server address, using secure connection and
others?
* What is the exact error message and/or number that you get when sending
the email in question?
* What type of internet connection are you using e.g. network, wireless,
modem, etc.?

The problem with "not enough storage" is a well-known software and hardware
issue (sorry to inform you that). This is a hardware issue since mPower does
not have enough room (or RAM) to work with the website; it is also a
software problem, since the operating system (a special program that manages
software and hardware on your BrailleNote to work with each other) refuses
to give you more space to work with large data such as large websites. Only
did in keySoft 8.0 did HumanWare gives you friendly message that there is
not enough room and how much room you have left on memory to run a program.
This problem is "almost" gone on the Apex (thanks to better OS and more
room).
Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] A Website and mPower

Hi, everyone. Thank you for answering my e-mail-writing question. I
answered all the setup questions such as account name, username, pop port,
etc., but I got an error message when I sent my first e-mail. There was an
internal modem setup for country which was set to FCC for America, which
sounded right. I can't find any other setup options that I might need to
adjust.

Also, I entered a website on the Internet called The Vermont Country Store,
and when I entered on the Catalogue Shop link, the message was "not enough
storage for this command". Is there anything I can do about this on the
mPower 7.2?

Thank you in advance for your patience and guidance.

Linda Adams
