This is not a problem specific to the bn. If a description is not provided for the picture in the html or whatever language was used to design the website, only these numbers are shown. And, to answer your question more directly, no such software, unless designed by hw specifically, could be added to the bn. Currently, the only external software that is supported by the bn is z games, html programs, and those programs designed by hw that are specifically for the bn.

Hi,
Hmmm, good point. The descriptions are Alt tags, and I wish the browser on
KeySoft would support those (unless my other geeky friend can comment on
that). If KeySoft does read alt tags, then I'd say we are using part of what
you've described.
On which sites do you see these "picture numbers?" I know Facebook does, so
does a number of other sites.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] picture description software and keysoft

Hi everyone,
Some of my family have suggested it, and I've thought about it.
Is there a way to include picture description software in KeySoft
or would that be to complex to handle with the current
technology?
I say this because of those pictures you see online that just
have a number and no description to go with them. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Josh Gregory
