Hi, Try Reset with dots 4-5-6. That should clear out system disk of added files. The "virtual memory is below certain percent" speaks for itself - it means there is no more room for programs to run or work with data. I cannot really explain what virtual memory is - I think other programmers would be able to explain it better. For now, think of it as allowing programs to use more memory thant it really exists.
