Hello Joseph,

I hope you do not mind that I send this to you directly but I have tried
sending it to the list and am not sure it ever got there.

Dear Listers;

Below is a message from a fellow Apex user that does not belong to this
list. I hope someone in this group can offer assistance.

Mauricio

Problem:
As I mentioned at the center today, my BrailleNote is doing some quirky
things. When it's plugged in, and I have to reboot it the charge will go
from 100%j to 95%j, even though I have never unplugged it. It just goes
from 100%j to 95%j just like that.

Also, when I reboot the unit, the clock looses about 45 seconds.
I'm not sure why but it seems to be a consistent thing, whether the unit is
plugged in or not. If you could pass this around on your lists, I would
appreciate it. Maybe someone knows of something that can be done short of
fixing the unit, and if not, that's okay, it's not worth sending it in just
for that, but if the machine could be fixed to work perfectly, that would be
great too. Thanks for your time Mauricio, and I'll get this off to you.
See you Monday.

Your Friend Marty
