Hi All: Something I have been observing and taking note of recently is what I would like to bring up in this email.
Sometimes, there is a thread of conversation that may go on for several days. For example, Mr Greggorie's reset issue that is a topic of conversation at present. Each day, I get about 700 messages from both this list and another list I am subscribed to for work, and as you can imagine, it is discombobulating to me to have to try and pick the thread of a conversation up, after I have read goodness knows how many other emails. I would therefore like to ask a very simple favour. Whenever we are replying to a message or adding thoughts to a conversation, how about we make sure we include the original message?
