Welcome to the list! As you likely already know, we are here to do our
best to answer questions about the bn family - hardware, software,
upgrading, features, and so on. That said, here are a few things to
keep in mind:
1. Humanware never announces ahead of time when a new upgrade to
keysoft will be released. Therefore, asking "when will the next
upgrade be out?" will always get you the same response: "no one
knows."
2. This list is publically archived. Sometimes, doing a google search
for your question with the word braillenote (one word) in the search
somewhere will return old messages that can answer your question.
3. Whenever you post a question, please remind us of the type of bn
you are using and what it is running. I know the models of many people
on here, but not everyone, and I often get people mixed up.
It would also be helpful if you could tell us just where you are in
terms of braille and computing. That way, we can better answer your
questions and not drown you in tech jarghin. For example, what type of
braille do you use? Grade 1, grade 2, UEB, computer braille, another
country's contracted braille...
