Hi,
If I remember right, Yahoo uses its own chat protocols, or rules. There was
a post a while back saying that one can use Yahoo or Windows Live account,
provided that if someone can host it. In this situation, the best way is to
get a Gmail account.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] keychat

Hi everybody,
I have a question. My friend who I was just talking to has a
Yahoo account and I have a gmail one. Is it possible to have
more than one service in keychat if it's xmpp compliable?
Otherwise my friend would have to get a Gmail account, which
she's perfectly ok with, but I'm just wondering if she'd really
have to go through all that trouble. She's definitely going to
create one, but I'm curious about the more than one service thing
anyway, so I figured I'd ask. The manual doesn't say anything
about it but I figured someone on this list might know. Thanks
so much,
Josh
