Hi, Perhaps because the actual download link is embedded in the email - did you paste the URL to the address bar (KeyWeb) and see if Apex prompts for folder to download? For those who are having this problem, The podcaster gave me permission to host the podcast on my site - as soon as I get it, I'll upload it to the site under Podcast Radio. Cheers, Joseph
