Hi listers, this is off topic to braillenotes, dwarf computers,
and the like. For those of you who use Victor Stream players, I
just put in a second battery I have had for a long time. I can't
remember when It was charged last, but when I checked the level
of the charge after putting the second battery in, it said
battery level high. I plugged in the adapter and checked again
and got the statement, Battery Charge Complete. So, it confirms
what I pretty much knew, that the VR doesn't use any power when
turned off unlike the Plextalk Pocket, and the batteries will
hold a charge for a long time when not in the unit. Now let's
get back to more pertinent questions such as, when is HW going to
come out with a significant upgrade for the Apex. Will it have
Skype or some kind of VOIP protocol, and more importantly, will
it change the status of the Apex from a simple Dwarf Computer to
a Big Daddy Computer!
