It's actually build 21. What I did was that I tried all three resets
except the service one. When it said Keysoft CE Version 8 Build 21 in the
info list in main menu after each reset, I spaced once and when back to it
and received DBC instead of CE. Would the build number affect the issue
if it was build 21?

That's the case with my former mPower when I had that version.
If it is
build specific, maybe that could be with build 20 version, else
there could
be a way of fixing that issue.

Hi Everyone,
I just noticed this issue. When I went into the information list
from the main menu and got the version number it said "Keysoft
dbc version 8." It usually says CE version 8. I've tried all
three resets but am unwilling to do a service reset because of my
braille tech instructor's directions not too.
I don't suppose it's that big of an issue, but I'm just curious
what you guys think.

PS: I know DBC means "deaf blind communicator" which I do not
have.
