The mailing list management software that runs this list couldn't deliver some mail to your address; it was bounced, or rejected, somewhere along the path, and the software received notice that the mail was not delivered to you. That returned message is a bounce. There is nothing you can do about it except get your email provider to stop refusing mail being sent to you for some reason (probably spam); receiving it after the fact, no matter how quickly, doesn't change anything. Mailman, the software in question, was just trying to tell you that when it receives enough delivery errors (bounces) it will take some action (probably unsubscribe you from the list, or delay mail until you reactivate it).
