There is no way to "delete keysoft" by deleting a file. That would be like being able to erase a huge program like Microft Office by erasing one file; it has folders all over the place, not to mention registry keys.
Keysoft.ksd is a file holding all your preferences and settings. If you were to erase it, you would find your speech, braille settings, keyboard settings, file history, and so on set to factory defaults. It will not touch your data, so this is no way to return a bn to factory defaults, but it will make your settings like you just pulled it out of the box. It is usually erased when resets do not solve a particular problem, and it syhould only be done when you are told to do so by a Humanware representative. On 12/27/10, Nicole B.
