Hi.

That's really weird.  Unless anybody else on this list knows how to
fix this thing, I would suggest calling HW tech support.  In case you
don't know the number, it's 1-800-722-3393.  From the main menu, press
2 for tech support and then hit 3 for BN or VN (Voice-Note.)  I guess
that would be the best thing to do, since we haven't heard from any HW
staff members ever since I joined the list.  And yet they tell us that
they're always monitoring the list.  Hello?  Any HW staff members, are
you out there?  You might be able to help us out here!  Okay, I'll get
off my soapbox now.  I hope they can help you.
