That's really weird. Unless anybody else on this list knows how to fix this thing, I would suggest calling HW tech support. In case you don't know the number, it's 1-800-722-3393. From the main menu, press 2 for tech support and then hit 3 for BN or VN (Voice-Note.) I guess that would be the best thing to do, since we haven't heard from any HW staff members ever since I joined the list. And yet they tell us that they're always monitoring the list. Hello?
