I have not used a Kindle and so am not sure about accessibility. As to your questions about a remote synthesizer and bluetooth file transfer: no to both. The Kindle does not have the drivers necessary to let another device speak for it, and the bn does not have the bluetooth transfer capability needed for sending files, even if the Kindle could do this.
