Theoretically, email folders.cdb will remain in keymail, so copying
that entire folder should do the trick. As Joseph said, attachments
are stored in a folder under the keymail folder, so copying the
keymail folder will grab everything. I would also back up the keylist
folder to the same place so that you back up your address list,
internet connections, email accounts database, and a couple others I
am missing.

Oh, important: I forgot to tell you to check that your gps,
dictionary, and Nemeth tutorial programs are installed, as that 1 2 3
reset may have removed them. If they are not, simply re-install using
the media  you got when you bought the programs; you will not be
charged anything as you have already bought these programs.
