This might be a really obvious question, but I had the same problem with my Apex (I don't know what model you have) and it made all the difference in the world. Do you have the dictionary license on either a USB thumb drive or an SD card? If you do, first check and make sure you have the right serial number for it. When my old TVI emailed my new TVI the license file, he messed up the serial number and it wasn't able to install correctly. By the way, some people will tell you that it only works on an SD card, but it works on a thumb drive, too. I installed it off of a thumb drive, and I'm looking up stuff all the time. So anyway, if you have the file on a thumb drive or SD card, just stick it in your BN and it will say something to the effect of, "Hard disk ready. If you want to install lisence files, please perform a soft reset." Then just hit the reset button, without 4-5-6, and after the music plays, it should give its KS version and build information, and then say, "One license file succesfully installed" or something like that.
