I haven't had any trouble with my arrow keys. It sounds like a hardware
problem. Call HumanWare Tech Support and they may have some suggestions.
It sounds like you may need to send the unit in for servicing.
By the way, have you tried plugging an external keyboard into the Apex to
see if it works?
