Well, I would first try copying your database off and then copying it back. Put an sd card or thumb drive in the bn, then: 1. Go to file manager, then copy file. 2. Select the flash disk, then the keymail folder. Press space-x at the list of files twice, to view hidden files. 3. Hit the letter e until you hear "email folders.cdb". Note that this is the .cdb file, not the other email folders file. 4. Hit space-i. If the size of the file is 48kb, exit and go to the keylist folder instead, then repeat steps 1-4. You should find email folders.cdb there, and it should be much more than 48kb. If that does not work, look in the none folder and repeat steps 1-4. If you still cannot find it, let us know. 5. Hit enter on the cdb file. Select any destination on the drive or card you inserted. It does not matter where, just as long as you can find it and it does not overwrite an existing file of the same name. 6. Once the file has copied, reverse the process. That is, copy the file back into where ever you found it. This should overwrite the existing file. Again, be sure that you copy your active database around (the one more than 48kb), otherwise you could end up replacing your current database with an empty one, and then all your emails will be gone.
If the above fails, find the active database, erase it from the file manager, then do a plain reset as soon as the file erases; do not return to the main menu, just hit reset when you see "1 file erased".
