I get this as well and have found no workaround. Yes, there was a
program provided by hw for the classics way back when ks6 first came
out, but I have not heard of anything like it for the mPower, let
alone the Apex. I will email hw about this, though, and see what they
say since I often run into this on several sites, of which Bookshare
is only one.
