I agree, and not just for keymail. A change to several areas needs to happen, IMHO, to make keysoft more consistent. For example, the email action menu command is currently the same command used to insert a field when creating a database, instead of a more sensible keystroke like enter-i. Also, backspace-o should be the options command for all applications, not only keyweb, and so on.
