GMT times are always given in precise format; there's no AM or PM. 1:00
P.M. would have been 13:00. So the session is on GMT Tuesday at 01:00.
That translates into Monday night at 8:00 P.M. Eastern, Monday night 5:00
P.M. Pacific. I can help others with other time zones, since knowing how
GMT works is a good little skill to possess.

What time is this? You said next Monday night, but then said the time
is 1:00 GMT? Is this 1:00AM or PM?
