Hi,
I haven't seen this on my Apex, but I had this happen once on my MPower.
You've got ghost e-mails in there. The only way to cure it was some sort of
complicated procedure, the nature of which escapes me now. Tech support
walked me through it years ago. Call tech support and see what they say
about it.

Hmm, odd. Never happened to me before. Is this on a Apex?
Or Mpower.
Thanks!

Subject: [Braillenote] keymail oddness
Hi,
Has anyone else ever noticed in KeyMail that when you go to check email in
KeyMail it
sometimes says there are emails when there are not? Any thoughts? Could it
be a simple
software glitch?
Thanks,
Josh
