To test your words (and to answer your question), could you mind
send me several RTF files that you can't open on the mPower?
(Please send them as attachments to me off list so I can test
them on my Apex).

Terri, I can't open rtf files on my mpower at all. I have the
latest keysoft too. To be honest it did open once, I had a big
file that opened in rtf but generally speaking, other files have
not been successfully opened. In fact, when I first bought the
mpower I was warned that there may be a possibility that rtf
files would not open. The older word files open too. When I get
docs sent to me as attachments I ask that they be sent in plain
text and then they open. I'm not happy that the mpower is lth.
What's the Apex like?

What happens when you try to open rtf files with your mPower?
Rtf is a
supported file type for the BN family.
