Hi all, This regards working with ms word files in Keyword.. If you go to another application in KeySoft and then back to Keyword without saving your file first, you will most likely lose whatever you had in the file. Therefore, I would recommend saving your file first by going back to the keyword menu and then going to another application in KeySoft. I had this happen twice today where I didn't save my work, went to KeyPlus, did what I needed to do there, and then went back to Keyword and discovered a blank file where I knew I had work before. Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks, Josh
