That's odd, don't know why that's happening. When technology
doesn't like us, it really doesn't like us and won't do what we
want it to do sometimes. I have experienced various things in
the past with most of my technology where it plays up from time
to time.

I just tried this on my Apex. I had no problems. I tried
exactly what Joseph suggested and it worked for me. I don't know
why it works for me and not others.
