In that case, try deleting temp files and cookies and see what
happens (go to Internet Options, then File management/delete
files).

I do get the prompt, I choose where I want to download it, it
then starts to beep, first zero percent shows, it gets to 1% and
then after different amounts of time, I've tried perhaps on 10
different occasions, I get the message "failed to download".
Other times it just freezes, hitting any key gets no response and
the Apex needs a reset.

Hi,
Can you stream it though - from Internet Options, go to Internet
File Management/File Download, then say "yes" to the prompt that
appears. If streaming works, then it xmight be something
preventing you from downloading the file.

Thanks to Brandon, I figured out what the problem with the link
was - and am happy to report that the link has been fixed. To
download the "Upgrading Apex" podcast, go to BrailleNote PBWorks,
then click Podcast Radio. Click "BrailleNote - Upgrading KeySoft
(Apex version)" link and file download prompt should appear or
file should start playing.
