Hi list. For a long time, I have been having a problem with my
BrailleNote apex, where I cannot browse the web via my school's
ethernet connection. For some reason I can check my email, but
when I try to use keyweb, the apex locks up, requiring me to do a
reset. I have tried all resets (including the technical ones).
What could be causing this problem. Could something on the
school's network be preventing me from connecting via ethernet?
Additional Details:
-- Keyweb works fine when I use my wifi at home.
-- At school, I can connect my laptop to ethernet without a
problem.
-- I am using keysoft 9.01, build 756.
